Why International shipping options only on US order?

I am trying to place an order and my shipping address is Maryland. My only shipping options (in Step 1 of 3: Delivery Options) are two Swiss Post choices, UPS Express Saver, and UPS Express. There is no option for 2-day delivery or UPS ground – I’ve ordered from blurb before and always had those options. I checked the Pricing and Shipping page and the options I am given are the options for Asia, Australia, Europe, NZ, and South Africa. Anyone have any idea what’s up with this? I am not too thrilled w/ the idea of paying $60+ for shipping and would really like to be able to pick from my regular options. Soon, since I’d like to beat the 12/12 deadline. Thanks!

1.9.0-1.9.1 Just Plain Dies when adding a photo from computer

I don’t have an answer, but I do have the same problem. I just installed 1.9.1 (I previously had 1.8.something). I started a brand new book, and every time I try to add a photo from "My Computer" it crashes. No error message, just closes up shop. There are a couple of posts about a potential patch, but that seems to point back to 1.9.1. Anyone have any ideas on this one?

I would advise AGAINST using a sharpie. Sharpies bleed over time (look at something you wrote in sharpie a year ago). You should go to an art store or a place like Michael’s or AC Moore and get a pen with archival-quality ink. There are a lot of different ones out there these days, and many come with a writing tip. Martha Stewart has a nice line that Michael’s carries. The "writing pen" is probably the one you want for a guest book – there are other sized tips, but that’s the best one for small writing.
