New type of Image Wrap?
Book Printing

I don’t understand why there’s not an option to have any other cover than matte finish.

The discription indicates that the matte finish is durable, but it is quite the oposite. It scratches easily and finger prints are terrible. If you try to clean it is streeks too. It just does not last. In a very short amount of time the book looks old and the quality is gone. I think that if they upgraded to a gloss they would triple thier sales. My only issue is the lack of durability the book has, and for this reason I don’t buy it any more. I’m very disappointed in the quality of the cover.Frown

picrure that extends from back cover to spine and to front cover?
Book Design and Imaging

wow Tony, your description of the wrap around is the most simple of any I’ve read so far. However, I want to place a photo on the front and back cover of the book, but the original hard cover option does not allow a photo to be placed in the template for the front and back cover. Color and text only. Please help!

Can I print a photo on the back cover too in the wrap around or is it cover only?

Also, is the spine printed separate so when I choose the wrap around  option the text in the spine will be  printed, or will it be left out with the flaps?

Sorry for all the questions but it has been challenging figuring this out. The tech support and the Q & A seem unclear and I am a pro photographer and designer. I think they need a new update or more simple instructions for this new cover option.

Thanks,

Jessica
