FIRST BOOKS AND FIRST WONDERFUL CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I must admit that I am very happy with the quality of the first books I have received. All but one have had a superb color and quality with the Premium paper (of course I had to make a first try and correct the issues of color or contrast or luminosity in my own computer and then ask for the second and third books). With the only one that had printing defects, I documented my complaint with photographs, and it took five minutes for Blurb’s customers support to agree to reprint the book.
