I just received 6 copies of my first book and everything about them is perfect! But I have to start with my thanks and kudos to Blurb’s customer service, going above and beyond to help me with a problem moments after uploading and ordering my book. In the middle of the night I shot off a panicked comment form to customer service, expecting up to a four hour wait for a reply. I rec’d a reply from Zo within the hour with a complete resolution to my issue and a follow-up email as well. Thank you Zo ~ your help, courtesy and professionalism is greatly appreciated!
